We want to be as flexible as you need to be.  We can offer any lease term - even run it concurrently with your school term.  We even waive the normal short-term fees.

Choose any apartment home listed herein, and we'll take $325 off the move-in expenses.  This should make it much easier for you to make the move.

Monthly Discount

Most of our communities offer monthly discounts for residents who pay their rent early each month.  We want to reward your good habits.

Bragging Rights

We want you to be proud of your home and invite more great residents like yourselves to our communities.  After all, birds of a feather flock together.  Each time you refer someone to sign a lease with us, we'll cut you a check for $50...and that's unlimited.

2% Cash Back Reward

When signed up for a second term with us, we'll kick you back 2% of the rent you paid on time during the first term.  Pay on time regularly and your rent might actually go down next year!  Yeah, you read it correctly.

Tune-ups

Your home is your castle, and you want to feel like royalty.  Upon renewing your lease, we'll offer you several options for fixing up your pad.  A fresh coat of paint, or a new light fixture...whatever it takes to keep you happy.

Our website includes a resident only section.  It is full of helpful information, buy/sell information, and direct response networking.

Seasoning

We report all rental payments to the credit bureau monthly.  Paying on-time will help you to establish credit...that's mighty helpful for future property leasing / purchasing.
